Physical Distancing

  • Our customers must keep a minimum of 2m apart in our stores.
  • Some stores may limit the number of customers in-store.

Store Hours - Level 2

Masks

  • Customers must wear a mask when entering our stores unless they have an exemption from this requirement.
  • Children under 12 are not required to wear a mask in our stores but we would encourage them to if this is possible.
  • Our staff are required to wear masks in-store at all times.
  • Our stores have masks available for sale and you can also order online.

Health and Safety

  • Our staff will be sanitising high touch areas such as eftpos machines, counters and door handles regularly.
  • All garments tried on for size will be steamed before they are returned to the rack for sale.

  • You can also order online, by phone or email.
  • We will courier your order or we can offer contactless Click & Collect from our Stores.

Contactless Trading - Level 3

You can order online, by phone or email. We will courier your order or we can offer contactless pickup from our Stores.

Online Orders

Place your order online and choose Delivery or Click and Collect.

Phone and Email Orders

Contact your Store and place your order. We will require debit/credit card or account to account pre-payment.

Contactless Pickup - Level 3

  1. Place your order and we will call you to arrange a time for you to collect.
  2. Once you arrive at the store, phone us to let us know you have arrived.
  3. We'll ask you to come to the door and show your ID.
  4. Once verified, stand back 2 metres while we open the door and place your order outside for you.

Our staff will have PPE where appropriate, will be practicing safe distancing measures in-store and will be following the Ministry of Health guidelines.

  • Can I get a WINZ quote for school uniforms?
    Yes you can.
    You can do this on our website or your store can help you.
    Advise your case manager that we will require direct payment as we cannot accept your payment card under Alert Level 3.
    We will need to see the confirmation of payment in our bank account before we can supply your garments.
    We will call you when your uniform can be collected.
  • Can you try on items for size like you normally would have done?
    Sorry, no.
    You will need to choose your sizes carefully.
  • Can I return an item for another size if it doesn’t fit?
    Yes, you have two options.
    You can either courier your garment back to us and, once received, we can courier back a different size to you.
    You must use a track and traceable courier.

    Alternatively, we can do a contactless exchange at your store.
    Pre-arranged this with your store. We will not accept worn or unclean garments and all labels, tags and packaging must be included.

    Sorry, no.
    We can only accept contactless payment (online, credit/debit card phone payment or internet transfer) at this time.
